1. Do the apartments have air conditioning?
Yes, all our apartments are equipped to a very high standard of electronic machines and offer as well air conditioning.
2. What is included in the prices?
All running costs like water, electricity, heating, towels,blankets are included. There is an extra charge for cleaning of €40.- per stay.
3. How is the payment procedure?
In order to confirm your booking, a prepayment of 25% of the total price is necessary. The balance is due in cash upon arrival.
For the prepayment there are three options:
1) through credit card online: just follow the menue description after a click on "reservation"
2) through bank transfer; pls send the bank payment receipt by fax to Athome S.L
3) on the telephone with credit card
4. How to proceed to book an apartment?
The fastest way is to introduce the trip data (arrival and departure date, number of people and if wanted the price)in the foreseen windows and click on "search". We will show you all available apartments for the period and also according to the criterias selected by you. You could also click on "all apartments" and select the one you like most. By introducing the travel dates the total price will be calculated.
5. How can I get to the apartment keys?
Your contact person will handover the keys and show you the apartment upon your arrival.
